Q: How can I register with wnypaa.org? A: Select 'Register' from the left hand navigation menu and fill out our membership application. Q: How do I log in to wnypaa.org? A: Once you've registered with wnypaa.org, you may login to the site by entering the information provided in the registration confirmation e-mail, on the left hand navigation menu. If you did not receive a confirmation e-mail, please check your Spam settings in your e-mail client. Q: I've lost my credentials, how may I retrieve them? A: Select 'Lost Password' from the left hand navigation menu. You will be prompted for your username and e-mail address. After entering the displayed security code, your credentials will be sent automatically to the e-mail address specified. Q:What if I can't remember my username from the old site? A: Your original username was the e-mail address you registered with wnypaa.org. If you've forgotten your password, please see the above question to retrieve this information. Q: How do I change my username or password? A: After logging in to wnypaa.org, select 'My Account' from the left hand navigation menu. Select the 'Edit' button at the top of your profile, followed by 'Update Profile'. You may then update any of the information stored within your profile, including your username and password. Q: I registered with wnypaa.org using the 'Free' plan, but I would like access to the 'Members Only' features. How do I gain access? A: To gain access to the WNYPAA Community, Social Network features, Job Board, or Forums, you must subscribe to a 1-year Student or PA Membership. Log in to wnypaa.org and select 'Membership Plans' from the left hand navigation menu, then proceed through the checkout process. Student Plans are $15 annually, and PA Plans are $25 annually. Q: How can I pay for my membership? A: wnypaa.org is now accepting online payments via Paypal. Select 'Membership Plans' from the left hand navigation menu, then select the desired plan. You do not need a Paypal account to use our online payment feature. You may pay using a major credit card, paper check, (online) or Paypal account. Q: When does my membership expire? A: Your membership will automatically expire 1 year from the time of purchase. wnypaa.org will automatically send you 2 reminder notifications prior to subscription expiration. You may also view your current membership status by logging into wnypaa.org, and reviewing your 'Subscription Status' on the lower left hand navigation menu.
